These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StoreProfit application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By installing the app, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StoreProfit is a Shopify application that helps merchants understand their business by calculating net profit, product-level margins, inventory needs, and cash-flow forecasts from their store data, product costs, and connected advertising accounts. StoreProfit is an analytics and planning tool only.
You must have a Shopify account and the authority to act for the store you connect. Your use of Shopify remains governed by your agreement with Shopify. Installing StoreProfit authorizes it to access the store data described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
If you join the waitlist, you consent to receive email about StoreProfit's launch and early-access offers. Any pre-launch pricing or discount (for example, an early-access discount) is offered at our discretion, applies only while your subscription remains active, and may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time.
You can cancel any time from the app's Plan page or by uninstalling; access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period, with proration where the app indicates it. Because charges are processed by Shopify, refunds follow Shopify's billing rules. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide; reverse-engineer or resell it; upload unlawful content; or use it to violate the terms of Shopify, Google, Meta, or any other connected platform.
StoreProfit integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms, and their data is provided "as is." We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs.
StoreProfit's outputs - including profit figures, margins, reorder suggestions, and cash-flow forecasts - are estimates generated from your historical data and the settings you provide (such as product costs, supplier terms, and fee models). They depend on the accuracy of that data and on assumptions that may not hold. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only, are not guarantees of future results, and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
StoreProfit and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. Your store data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and produce your analytics.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreProfit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, the license in Section 9 ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's required timelines.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
